House purchase
Whilst purchasing a property in Swansea Marina area I dealt with Kelly Israel and Vivienne Jones of Dawson's, Marina office and could not have had better treatment. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely polite and understanding at all times..

Sale of my property through Dawson Marina Branch
From start to finish Dawson Marina branch were all very professional. and a delight to work with in the selling of our home in Swansea. Excellent service
Can't fault the sales or letting team at Dawsons. Every viewing by Kelly professional and well reviewed and Viv, the office manager couldn't do enough to help and provide assistance at every turn. A first class service provided by all, Thanks also to Lisa, senior sales negotiator and Leon for the letting advice.

Good service during sale
Dawson's were supportive during a very lengthy purchase process that saw us waiting about 6 months to get the lease extension that we wanted. Overall the team was easy to communicate with and professional during the sales process. I never felt that they stood in the way of progress or slowed down the sale at any point.

Would like to see them again!
Very kind and sincere stuff. Whenever there were problems, they dealt with them with speed and flexibility. If I will come to live in Swansea again (which is quite likely) I would definitely ask them again.

Whilst we didn't buy a property via Dawson's, we feel obliged to mention the excellent customer service provided by Kelly Israel. She was undoubtedly the most professional and attentive agent we encountered. Kelly showed us four properties. She was prompt and knowledgeable, being able to respond to every question we asked about a property. She was immaculate in her personal presentation which always helps to project a professional and positive image. She was not pushy, allowing us time to deliberate privately, whilst always being available to assist. She has done much to eliminate a rather negative image of Dawson's that both my wife and I held. We will certainly return to Dawson's Marina office as we look to expand our modest property portfolio.

Fantastic service
This is the second time we have used this agent and we cannot fault the service. It was a struggle even booking viewings with other agents in the area but as soon as something suitable came available the agent contacted us to arrange a viewing. We dealt with Kim Jones who has been so helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
