We recently sold our house in SM1 with Butler's and would recommend them. They demonstrated good local knowledge and a thought out pricing and sales strategy. They were also able to get everything done to list the property and book viewings quickly, and followed through on everything they said they would. Our sale was mainly handled by Joanna, who was very responsive, reassuring, strategic and assertive when needed when other parts of the chain were being difficult. Her approach made a stressful experience much more manageable. Other members of the team we dealt with were also helpful and professional throughout.

If you want to be treated with respect and you want proactivity and honest responses then Butlers and all the staff will deliver this in abundance. We experienced an incredibly long, drawn out sale of a property due to the inefficiency and complete lack of competence of a number of solicitors and managing agents involved in our transaction. Throughout the whole process Dominic, Joanna and Hayley, without fail, did more to keep us informed than any of the other parties. Butlers truly are the ‘thoughtful’ agents they say they are. Lovely people who genuinely care and know the true meaning of excellent customer service. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Honestly can’t recommend Butlers enough, Dom and the team are fantastic! From the moment Dom first come round, we knew he was the right person to trust in selling our property. We were sold on his vision, his values and felt his approachable and friendly style was refreshing in the estate agent industry when compared to others we’d encountered. Needless to say, with Dom’s hands on approach and his helpful and hardworking team – we sold our property and we couldn’t praise Butlers enough. Butlers have been incredible. We came to them for advice after going through a round of trying to sell our flat which fell through due to circumstances we could not control. We were down on our luck and Dom visited us and laid out our options in a clear and matter of fact way but also gave us hope.
