Great Service. We were approached by Dominic as he had noticed our house had been on the market for some months with another agency. After having a quick chat about what He and Butlers could offer us we were having viewings the very next day. We noticed straight away how much better Dominic was in showing potential buyers round the house and engaging with them in a much more personal casual and informative way. He had us a potential buyer and lots of interest from others that same day. Unfortunately that buyer did not commit but Butlers were quick to find us another buyer at the same price we wanted. Dominic and Butlers were great throughout and went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed and sort out any problems no matter how small on both sides and with solicitors Ect. They are a pleasure to deal with and always gets back to you quickly. They charge a very reasonable rate and valued our house just right. Would highly recommend.

Buying the first home is a very stressful process and the journey begins with that dream filled phone call to an estate agent who has advertised a potential house that we may end up buying.
