Hayleigh was a absolute pleasure to meet, in our journey for a new home. While we have not yet found the right one, we found her very professional, approachable and prompt.

Currently in the process of buying my first property and Dom, Hayley and the team have been amazing! Through the negotiations, paperwork and any questions I’ve had, they’ve been the best!
I have dealt with Butler's recently. I received great service especially from Hayleigh who went above and beyond at every point of call.
Felt very relaxed and at ease, dealing with this agent. Dominic was patient and professional, listened to our needs and provided good advice. More attentive and less pushy than some local corporate agents, that I have previously dealt with.
Hayleigh Penfold from Butlers Sutton is an amazing professional. Very meticulous and true to the spirit. She always responds to all my queries on time. She showed us couple of properties in Sutton and its adjoining areas. You can always count on Hayleigh and Butler for your house/flat purchase.
Lovely estate agent! Super helpful and not pushy - would highly recommend.
Highly recommend
The most credible agent in sutton who’s genuine and sole intention is to provide a elite service to the community. Dominic has always acted with integrity and this is evident in the number of repeat clients he has accumulated over the years. Dominic always ensures he is surrounded by people with the same work ethic and intentions. Highly recommended, The best in the industry.
Reply from Butlers Estate Agency: Thanks Aisha that’s really lovely of you 😊
About Butlers Estate Agency
Butler’s was founded in 2020 with a simple vision, to make sure that the lives and well-being of our customers was made better through great service, that made the process of moving home seamless and enjoyable. After all, changing where you live can be one of the most exciting and important events in someone’s life, that should be a pleasurable experience - and certainly not one to dread! Where we start is through honesty and transparency. We believe that this approach to estate agency achieves the best outcome for all, but can only be realised with a team that have the same ethics and principles, something that you will find through all of your interactions with us, that we back up in our six promises to you. Some call it the way service used to be. Because we don’t try to take on every home going, we’re able to focus on each client a bit more, taking the time to listen to your needs and aspirations whether renting or selling – and then provide the sort of service we’d want ourselves. So we hope that we can help you move in and around Sutton, we’d really like to.
