Hugely expensive property.
Very poor property management and communication. I reported a leak more than two weeks ago. Even though they are paid to manage my flat they did not even know about the leak. No effective action was taken, and when I called to follow up on the ongoing severe leak, instead of apologizing for not taking the leak as an emergency, Chloe from lettings, accused me of “lying” despite having already provided her with video evidence. I repeatedly asked for the manager (Tom) to contact me, but was told he was “not available,” and even though he was copied in emails, he never called back or replied to my emails. The leak and mould issues have not been handled with the urgency expected for emergencies. Appalling service. I do not recommend them at all
The worst sales experience of our lives! We were excited to go to see the houses for a second time as we were now in a proceedable position. Churchlands was our first choice but unfortunately the sales consultant was so rude from the moment we arrived. We felt unwelcome and after a very brief conversion had to leave. She made no effort to make us feel welcome nor did she try and mention any incentives of which after looking online I know there is a LTT contribution on one of the Henley’s we were looking at. She didn’t ask if we’d like to see any plots or show us what was available. She spoke down to us and was very aggressive and unwelcoming in the way she presented herself. We went across the road to Bellway who were very welcoming professional and took the time to ask our requirements and show us around multiple plots. We’ve found a plot we like and there’s a good chance we’ll move forward with it. We had no intention on looking at Bellway but we were left with no choice after this visit. I’d strongly advise Redrow to remove this lady from anything customer faced if they want to make any sales.
One of the property was booked for open house viewing by Butlers sutton for this Saturday. We were very excited about this house in Nash Close Sutton only to get a phone call today saying that the offer has been accepted by someone. We don't understand how the offer was accepted without viewing of the property....because we tried to book viewing before 14th August....Very sad as we both were looking forward to see this property and this property ticked all our needs. Very disappointed with the service we received from Butlers Sutton.
