Very pleased with the service provided by Butler's. Surely deserves a 5 star rating . They have been very professional in showing the property and did not rush at all during the viewing. They provided the property details and answered all questions raised during the viewing. Very pleased

Dominic Butler has always been my favourite estate agent in the 20 years of knowing him and him selling my properties. He has always gone way above what is expected and will continue to use his professional expertise in the future.
I have had a very positive experience with this agency. Hayleigh is one of the nicest agent I have spoken with. Professional, supportive, and that touch of warmth and carrying that makes the difference! Many thanks!
Hayleigh has been amazing through my current property search, really recommend getting in touch with Butlers. Always quick to reply, knowledgeable about the properties! Absolute pleasure to deal with!
Excellent job without hassle and good communication.
Friendly, helpful, and informative company! They were great to deal with and would highly recommend.
Excellent service from start to finish a very professional company can’t speak highly enough if only all agents were like them
Couldn't recommended Dom and his team highly enough. They are humans not sales people. They gave us the highest valuation for our property and we accepted an offer on that valuation. Butlers is the only estate agent I would ever use in the Sutton area - it's a no brainer! They are friendly but professional and just a joy to deal with 💗 …
It has been a pleasure dealing with Butlers for my property purchase. Hayleigh has been super professional, attentive and approachable throughout the process. I’d highly recommend Butlers to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient transaction with great customer service.
We highly recommend Butlers, they are all friendly, professional, and honest. We could not of asked for a better service, they honestly are the best. When we first met Dom we instantly had a good feeling and knew it would be the best decision to go with him. Hayleigh and Hannah are absolute stars they are always ready to help and generally care about people's needs. Thank you all so much :)
About Butlers Estate Agency
Butler’s was founded in 2020 with a simple vision, to make sure that the lives and well-being of our customers was made better through great service, that made the process of moving home seamless and enjoyable. After all, changing where you live can be one of the most exciting and important events in someone’s life, that should be a pleasurable experience - and certainly not one to dread! Where we start is through honesty and transparency. We believe that this approach to estate agency achieves the best outcome for all, but can only be realised with a team that have the same ethics and principles, something that you will find through all of your interactions with us, that we back up in our six promises to you. Some call it the way service used to be. Because we don’t try to take on every home going, we’re able to focus on each client a bit more, taking the time to listen to your needs and aspirations whether renting or selling – and then provide the sort of service we’d want ourselves. So we hope that we can help you move in and around Sutton, we’d really like to.
