Beautiful range of Heritage and Lifestyle homes to view which immaculately presented. We were only visiting to view the Henley show home as that style is not currently available in our area. Would have been a 5* experience except for the sales rep who had locked the showroom door, as per company policy for appointment only visitors but when we arrived 20mins early refused to pause her phone call to find out who we were and what we needed so kept waiting in the car until the appointment time and even then had us standing at the door for 5 more minutes before ending her call.
