Felt very relaxed and at ease, dealing with this agent. Dominic was patient and professional, listened to our needs and provided good advice. More attentive and less pushy than some local corporate agents, that I have previously dealt with.

Hayleigh Penfold from Butlers Sutton is an amazing professional. Very meticulous and true to the spirit. She always responds to all my queries on time. She showed us couple of properties in Sutton and its adjoining areas. You can always count on Hayleigh and Butler for your house/flat purchase.

From our first interaction onwards, Dom has been brilliant with us and a real pleasure to do business with. Not only has he been really personable and made us feel like a priority but he has always been honest and on hand to answer any of our queries. We have felt in very safe hands having Butlers selling our home! As an aside, I saw the one negative review from an interested buyer who had his appointment to view our house cancelled. This was through no fault of Butlers and they were acting on our instruction.

Great Service. We were approached by Dominic as he had noticed our house had been on the market for some months with another agency. After having a quick chat about what He and Butlers could offer us we were having viewings the very next day. We noticed straight away how much better Dominic was in showing potential buyers round the house and engaging with them in a much more personal casual and informative way. He had us a potential buyer and lots of interest from others that same day. Unfortunately that buyer did not commit but Butlers were quick to find us another buyer at the same price we wanted. Dominic and Butlers were great throughout and went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed and sort out any problems no matter how small on both sides and with solicitors Ect. They are a pleasure to deal with and always gets back to you quickly. They charge a very reasonable rate and valued our house just right. Would highly recommend.
