We had been recommended Butlers from a neighbour who had been let down by their previous estate agents. Even tho we had that recommendation we still had 2 other estate agents come round to do a valuation. Dominic came round and did the valuation for Butlers. The whole meeting went well and it was an easy decision to choose them. They organised everything we needed to be done and came and did the viewings themselves as the house was empty. Hayleigh was the ‘day to day’ contact and she was very helpful and a pleasure to liaise with. She would regularly chase both solicitors when things slowed down at times. At no point in the process did we feel unhappy. The house sale completed last week.

Hannah has been our contact at Butlers and she has been amazing. Hannah always kept us up to date with every step of our sale and went above and beyond to help and support us. I bought a property that was marketed by Butlers and they certainly stood out from all the other estate agents / bigger high street names that I’ve come across. Dom, Hayleigh and team were extremely warm and friendly throughout and marketed the property very well for their seller - they ensured the relevant documents and anticipated questions were prepared upfront which made it possible for us to make an offer and proceed through the survey stage at pace. Butlers were essential in getting us to the exchange stage at speed - they were a god-send in chasing solicitors and mortgage brokers on both sides to keep the process moving for the seller and I, who both needed to complete in a short time frame. There were also a couple of curve-balls in this transaction and Dom in particular did an excellent job to pivot and respond to those issues to keep us on track. I would certainly turn to Butlers if I have a property I need to market - they brought a friendly helping hand and an organized diligent attitude to what could have been a much more stressful and prolonged process!
