Butlers Estate Agency

Assisted a friend of mine with some complex mortgage matters and couldn’t have been more helpful. Professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Would highly recommend!

Best estate agents I have ever used come across. No tricks, straight talking and made what could of been a stressful time go as easy as it could have. Far from your typical estate agents and big shout out to Liam for all the help he gave us a long the way.

Liam went above and beyond over an extremely extended period to help my son's purchase go through. Unbelievably there was even a significant problem after completion; Liam was instrumental in its resolution - even though he could have said that it was a matter for the solicitors to resolve.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Butlers throughout our house purchase. Buying a home can be stressful, but the team was professional, responsive, and supportive from the initial viewing right through to exchange and completion. A special thank you to our agent, especially Hannah who kept us updated at every stage, promptly answered our questions, coordinated effectively with the solicitors and mortgage broker, and helped keep the transaction moving. Their communication and willingness to help made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process. We really appreciate all the effort the team put into making our purchase as smooth as possible. We would happily recommend Butlers to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team especially Hayleigh and Oscar for helping me complete a very challenging property purchase. The transaction involved numerous obstacles along the way, but the team remained professional, proactive, and committed from start to finish. They did an outstanding job coordinating between the seller, the buyer, and the solicitors, ensuring communication never broke down and keeping the process moving forward despite the challenges. Their persistence, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile were instrumental in getting the deal over the line. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and support throughout the process. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and hardworking estate agent. Thank you once again for making what seemed impossible become a reality!

We cannot recommend Butler’s highly enough based on our selling experience with them. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and it was a pleasure to interact with all of the team from the moment we called for the first time. They came recommended by friends and lived up to this throughout what was an extended period of time due to complications in our selling process. The comprehensive package with no add-ins makes it straightforward, the photos were excellent and we appreciated being able to review the sales pack before it was released. Little touches like the coffee vouchers and big things like excellent communication and keeping us continually in the loop made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. They are a pleasure to work with and we have no complaints at all!

Really happy with the service from Butlers. Liam was friendly, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the process. Buying a house was much easier with their support. Thank you!

Liam is a true asset to the company and he was there for me every step of the way and even going over and above during difficult situations during the transaction. Really pleased with the service! Thank you!

Couldn’t have been happier with the experience with Butlers. It wasn’t exactly straight forward but Liam was great and professional throughout.
