We moved a couple of years ago. It was a tricky sale and without the support and dedication of the team it would not have completed. Two years later, having experienced two other companies through family members moving, I cannot shout loud enough what a great company Butlers is. Our life has changed beyond recognition through our move and I am forever grateful to Butlers for their part in this.

Butlers were great from start to finish. They’re friendly, helpful and incredibly responsive. We’d use them again for any moves in the future!
We had a great experience with Butlers Sutton, especially with Chloe and Hannah, who were both extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process of renting our new home. From the beginning, they were friendly, responsive and always happy to answer our questions and help whenever we needed it. Moving home can be stressful, but their support made the whole process much easier and smoother. We really appreciate the excellent service we received from Butlers and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency. A special thank you to Chloe and Hannah for all your help and support throughout the process. We really appreciate it! ❤️
I have just completed on the purchase of my first flat, which was being sold via Butler's Homes. The service I received from Joanna and Chloe was exemplary. They kept me informed of what was happening with the seller and all the people involved in the chain. They offered support, advice and encouragement all the way through the process and I am thankful to them for helping me with my first flat purchase. Thank you Butler's Homes for everything.
The team at Butlers were great particularly the young ladies Chloe & Hannha were who we dealt with.my self & my husband would like to thank the ladies for finding us the right rental. Best wishes Maria & Mark.
Really good experience from beginning to end. Clear and concise information Liam especially kept us up to date with significant events and was always very helpful, with a friendly and professional attitude. Would recommend Butlers service and we thank you all very much
Helpful, transparent and very communicative with our tenancy- so far so good!
The team at Butlers are fantastic, especially Chloe and Hannah, so helpful and quick to respond to enquiries. I would highly recommend them. 😁 …
From the initial appointment with Dom, through the selling process with Liam and others, this was as easy as I expect it could be to sell a property. Would highly recommend the team if you're looking to sell your home!
About Butlers Estate Agency
Butler’s was founded in 2020 with a simple vision, to make sure that the lives and well-being of our customers was made better through great service, that made the process of moving home seamless and enjoyable. After all, changing where you live can be one of the most exciting and important events in someone’s life, that should be a pleasurable experience - and certainly not one to dread! Where we start is through honesty and transparency. We believe that this approach to estate agency achieves the best outcome for all, but can only be realised with a team that have the same ethics and principles, something that you will find through all of your interactions with us, that we back up in our six promises to you. Some call it the way service used to be. Because we don’t try to take on every home going, we’re able to focus on each client a bit more, taking the time to listen to your needs and aspirations whether renting or selling – and then provide the sort of service we’d want ourselves. So we hope that we can help you move in and around Sutton, we’d really like to.
