We met Hayley first to make an appointment for a valuation, on leaving Butler’s office we had already decided that Butler’s was for us. Hayley was so professional in her approach yet extremely welcoming such a nice person. Then came Dom, he never tried to sell Butler’s to us, it was his approach and professionalism that came across and we believed if anyone could sell our house it was Butler’s. He explained everything to us without making it confusing ( bear in mind we are in our 60s and hadn’t moved for 40 years so the whole process was extremely daunting) and made us feel very relaxed in the process so Butler’s it was. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better we were appointed Joanna as our representative . I could write a book on Joanna, to say she was fantastic would be an injustice, she was outstanding and professional throughout even when things were not going smoothly. Without Joanna we would not be in our new house now and completely happy. She kept pushing and keeping us informed about all the stages etc. Joanna made the whole process for us bearable and we will be eternally grateful for all her efforts.
