Butlers have been incredible. We came to them for advice after going through a round of trying to sell our flat which fell through due to circumstances we could not control. We were down on our luck and Dom visited us and laid out our options in a clear and matter of fact way but also gave us hope. Where it took us a year to get an offer on our flat through a previous estate agent, Butlers managed to get us an offer in a month. Thanks to the entire team - Dom, Hannah and Joanna but special mention to Hayleigh who drove our sale through to the end. The thing that Butlers do so well is their level of communication. Every team member knew exactly who I was when I called the office. Hayleigh was on it when it came to chasing all aspects of the sale, whether that be speaking to us, the buyer or the solicitors. On top of this, she was incredibly kind and empathetic of our situation and made the whole process entirely painless. She was easy to get in touch with by email and phone and really reactive when things came up that needed to be sorted. Butlers also have an online portal where you can see when your viewings are and what the feedback is. You can also track where everyone is in the sales process which is incredibly helpful as selling can be so stressful. The transparency that Butlers provide is incredibly helpful. I would recommend Butlers to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Not only is their communication second to none, they are also empathetic and compassionate but most of all, they have a positive mindset. This being our first home purchase in the UK, we've encountered a hiccup in the property chain, which seems to be a common occurrence. I'd like to express my gratitude to Butler’s team, especially to Joanna, for her efforts in resolving problems and for her work in aligning people within the chain, which allowed us to complete the process before the end of our existing rental contract.
