On top of this, she was incredibly kind and empathetic of our situation and made the whole process entirely painless. She was easy to get in touch with by email and phone and really reactive when things came up that needed to be sorted. Butlers also have an online portal where you can see when your viewings are and what the feedback is. You can also track where everyone is in the sales process which is incredibly helpful as selling can be so stressful. The transparency that Butlers provide is incredibly helpful.
