We looked at the maintenance log for the property and the last report was back in 2019 for the remote control for the boiler and no further reports have been logged since this date. Hi Darren, we appreciate your honest feedback. Looking at our records we can find only one outstanding issue at present and we have contacted our engineer this afternoon for an update. With regards to the viewing, we have phone records to confirm that we left 2 messages with your partner, one on Friday 3rd August 1.16pm to advise that a viewing was taking place today at 11.00am and to contact us if this was not suitable and we also rang at 10.15am this morning to confirm that this viewing was going ahead. This is the same number that was given when you reported the maintenance issue this weekend for your roof, where our contractors attended this morning to repair.
