Great service over the last few years from Belvoir. Would strongly recommend them if you have a property to let in the area. Have tried others but none match the service I have received from Belvoir. !!

I moved a number of properties to Belvoir, Sunderland earlier this year from another agent. The service I have received has been exceptionally friendly and professional and all quotes for any work are always very reasonable. The organisation comes across as very trustworthy and there are never any nasty surprises. I would recommend this company to any landlord who has properties in the Sunderland area.
