We used James Du Pavey when buying our first property. Booking viewings were straight forward and the turnaround time for when asking the vendor if they could accommodate was great. We dealt with Rhys from the very beginning he was helpful informative and very patient! I can say I wasn’t a very easy individual to deal with. Moving a week before Christmas with exchange and completion in the same day is extremely stressful!
