As an FTB, I was very pleased to have dealth with James DuPavey as the estate agent. Especially the EA Rhys Key has been very helpful and prompt with the whole process. While usually the EA and buyer have different interest in the buying process, I really felt that they were eceptionally transparent and upfront about all of their activities and involvement. A breath of fresh air in an otherwise gruesome process.
