We recently purchased our home through James Du Pavey agency. Even though there were quite a few hassles and problems along the way, the team handled everything really well. Their communication was great throughout the process, and they kept us updated at every stage. A special thank you to Kaitlyn Owens, who went above and beyond to help us — she was professional, patient, and always friendly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
