I can't sing praises loud enough for the staff at the James Du Pavey Stone office especially Courtenay. I am buying a property through them, so I'm not even their paying customer, but Courtenay is always in contact & is such a light in a v dark & difficult & long process. She's always done everything she can to move things along talking to mine & her seller's solicitors, my estate agent down here in Essex, recommending trades people to me who I needed to do assessments on the property I'm buying before contracts could be drawn. Compared to my estate agent in Harlow, she's head & shoulders above, supporting me at every stage & really caring & doing all she can to get this over the line. She really has gone over & above & I appreciate her calmness, understanding, patience, determination & professionalism. She's an utter credit to the firm & to the role of estate agent.
