Good service overall, Staff are friendly and helpful, The only constructive feedback I can give is that I did feel at times like communication could have been better along the way, We had to do a full application including guarantor details before I even knew if they accepted pets. Then it went from nothing to everything in one step and we had the house.

We used Northwood to rent out our property and had tenants in within one week of leaving. Brian was very helpful and friendly as well as easy to contact. Francesca it also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond, dropping my post to me that was delivered to my own address. I am only leaving 4*'s simply for the fact it hasn't been along period of time so am not sure how they deal with any problems were they to arise, but I am optimistic!

Been with Northwood as Landlord for many years now service has been good communication especially from Lukas is helpful and prompt very quick disadvantage is high letting fees of greater than 10 percent for managed service which is higher than competitors and moving to different contracts being charged when same tenant in place
