Wanted to buy an Investment apartment list by them. I asked for lease details and was told I cannot get details of lease until I buy the property. And they call it corporate sale. I wanted to know how long the lease is, what are the ground rents/service charges and rules of revision of those charges. I was told by the lady that these details will only be given after the sale is done. First impression is that she just didnt want to give those details. Kind of very unprofessional approach to say the least. UPDATE: The property I inquired about is listed since September 2022. May be a corporate sale hasn't gone through in 7 months, nor you got any details of lease. But thanks for your response.
I was trying to book a viewing over 2 weeks after many phone calls finally manage to book a viewing for this Sunday and I've got confirmation emails etc . All of sudden I just wanted to double check with the estate agent today still everything is good for tomorrow and thanks to Rhys seems he is the only person willing to work in the office he told me someone placed an offer yesterday and landlord is agreed the price . Even tho they knew I was coming from London to Stoke on trent to see the property and no one bothered themselves to inform me my viewing has been cancelled . They really need to improve their customer service and experience of employees. Thanks again Rhys not to wasting my time .
Would avoid if thinking of part ex a home via these, dont leave washing out if they come to value or hose pipes or they will tell people in poor state. Avoid
Nightmare from start to finish rented a property for all most 2 years all though pandemic never missed a payment could not praise us enough on hand over day yet still stopped £100 of a deposit of £775 for weeds in front border lol yet 3 weeks later still not returned a penny ???? Spoken to a lady today on the telephone who was very patronising and spoke in a very abrupt and unprofessional manor, trying to make an offer on a property to only tell my partner you cant to then you can and then accused me of being confused when the confusion was caused on her part! Impossible customer service and a let down to the company as the bloke who showed us around named Reece was helpful and overall an asset to the company! Shame about the lady on the reception who cant control her authority!. Unfortunately feel as though we have to go through somebody else.NegativeProfessionalism
Waste of space been waiting three months yo get a repair to drainpipe fixed and been left for 3 weeks all over xmas with no heating , get a different answer everytime i speak to them , but they forget what they have told you before , they just pass the blame all the time , not interested at all , ruined my christmas 😡 …
Waste of time, booked view a house, arrived on time, waited 30 minutes and no one turned up, rang next day and they had the cheek to tell me that someone rang up and cancelled the viewing when I'm the only person viewing it!!!! Joke, wouldn't sell or buy through these ever, lost a sale, plebs
Rip off merchants! Wanted £415 for a house in an awful condition which we would report and report problems n they would do nothing about them they have since done the house up and are charging less! They are rude unprofessional and dont return calls and when they do they lie about what they have previously told you! We ended up insisting on all contact through email so we had evidence of everything they said so they couldnt go back on what they said!
Goodchilds are horrible to rent from and horrible to rent to. I do not have a single good word to say about them. My father paid them to ensure he had as little hassle as possible whilst letting and instead they caused even more; sending poor workmen like the plumber who didn't know how to unblock a toilet. When the final tenant left they assured us the house was "immaculate" when it had been recarpeted and poorly repainted, which the contract stated was not allowed. Whilst my partner was letting from them it took several weeks for them to make simple repairs such as changing a lightbulb and all of the repairs they promised would be completed before they moved in never were. When he decided to move out they expected him to show people around the house for them rather than come and do their jobs themselves. They have no interest in providing a good service, just sitting in their office and taking your money.
