Hard to rent a home unless you have specifically the right ID in some situations lists not possible to have all that's supposidly law but others will accept different also even though you have enough iD there to prove you are that person

Would leave zero stars if possible, awful company to deal with (especially the branch in Hanley) they will just rob you blind. Kiss goodbye to any sort of deposit you give them. Even when they tell you everything is ok with the property face to face, a keyboard warrior will come after you 2 weeks later and tell you it's not. If you choose to tell them you have an issue with the property they will ignore you. Worst decision of my life using them. Good luck to anyone who has the pleasure of dealing with them.

Very unprofessional, saw a house that is still available, went into their office, the gentleman we saw did not even bother looking at us, he just asking my husband “what can you afford” in a very condescending way, before my husband could answer he just said we have nothing, he did not even bother to ask for our information, and the property we had gone to enquire about is still up for grabs.

My husband enquired about property for rental, staff were very rude. Wouldn't even speak with us or give us the opportunity to view the property we were interested in. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay clear

The female employee who called us earlier to provide information about the house we applied for was very rude. We asked her to spell out the address because we couldn’t hear it properly, and she hung up on us, saying “for God’s sake.” Unbelievable…

Confirmed viewing, over 2 hour round trip and didn't even bother to show. Then fobbed me off with excuse that they cant contact there staff that is doing viewing and no spare keys(forgot to book us in basically)

Pathetic agents who just don’t know how to respect and treat the tenants. I wish i can sue them for their misbehaviour and their wrong treatments.

Hi Mariam, as explained when you come into the office and on the phone, we do not manage the house that you occupy and the issue you have is to be dealt with by your landlord as the landlord manages this himself. If it was a property that we looked after we would happily hep but we have no authority to do this so unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Absolutely abismal service, basically they put you in a bidding war with other potential buyers, promised that a property would be taken off the market once a satisfactory offer was made, then continued to promote the property, followed by phone calls asking if we'd like to increase our offer and using technical IT issues to muddy the details. Discusting Morales and courtesy. Stear clear at all costs.

Bit rubbish really. Two attempts to request a valuation on my property via their online form and no response (and yes, I checked my junk/spam folders. Not really an issue when there are so many other responsive estate agents about but a bit shabby nontheless.
