Myself and my wife viewed a property with Goodchilds and put in a offer of £10k above the asking price after viewing, the person that was at the property stood at the gate texting on his telephone in the time that we viewed and we found him quite rude. After putting in the offer we waited 7 days to see if the offer was accepted and was advised to put a higher offer in which we did to £15k above so the next day ie eight days we had a call at 5 pm to say that our offer had not been high enough so we lost out. What was so frustrating we had viewed other properties during that week and lost out on them because we were waiting for the outcome from Goodchilds .NegativeResponsiveness

Spoke to them via live chat regarding a property and they never got back to me with the required information

Staff didn't turn up for an appointment. Very unorganised in getting my guarantor. Very ignorant staff member who turned up at an appointment this morning after being let down by them yesterday

Could not find the house that they are selling
