There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. I'm so sorry it's taken us so long to write this review! Moving with a toddler is not for the faint hearted haha! But now that we've some what settled - I could not fault intercounty Stansted! From the very first evaluation with Peter to competition with Tom we had so much guidance and support. They were excellent especially with dealing with our buyers solicitors who were awful and extremely rude to both them and our solicitors (they were also Stansted based for anyone looking at solicitors avoid). Incredibly friendly and not at all pushy or your "typical" estate agents. They respect you and your home and guide you rather than tell you what to do. If we ever want to move back to the area in the future they will be our first port of call for sure! We have recommended them so many times already! Thank you so much guys!
