I am looking to buy a house for my sister, we were shown 8 houses in a well organised tour lasting approx. 3 hours by Heidi Hutchings. Aside from 2 houses which were added to the list late on (and which had already been discounted by my sister and I) the viewed properties all met our brief. We chose two that we would be prepared to offer on but later in the day saw, and decided to offer on, a property on the market with another estate agency. This offer was accepted. The choice on offer with Intercounty was and Heidi was a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide.

Together they made the whole sales process easy in a tough market, particularly for leasehold properties which can have cladding and ground rent issues often needing insurance cover and deeds of variation. With all their help the leasehold sale took only 13 weeks from offer to completion…just shows what can be achieved with a professional estate agency team. They were all very helpful arranging viewings to suit everyone and one of the team always accompanied potential buyers which made everyone feel comfortable. At every stage of the sale they kept us well informed of progress, potential delays and what actions they were taking to maintain open communication and progress with all parties. When the buyer agreed to purchase, Carol managed progress in the ‘chain’ including ensuring that the legal firms were continually moving ‘matters’ forward and assisting our buyer (who was unfamiliar with the complex paperwork) with many aspects of the sale which could have hindered progression.
