Highly recommend intercounty for all your buying and selling needs. Aaron dealt with the sale of my property and couldn’t fault his efforts throughout. Will be coming back in the future.

Professional experience from start to finish. Originally met Peter who far exceeded the other agents that we met. Thereafter the service from Peter, Tom, Liz and Carol was outstanding. Would highly recommend to all selling in the local area.

First time I have used Intercounty and I must say the service was excellent. They found me a new tenant immediately and the service was smooth, quick and professional.
Reply from Intercounty - Stanstead: Hi Stephen
Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re thrilled to hear your first experience with Intercounty was such a positive one, and even more pleased that we could secure you a new tenant so quickly.
It’s always rewarding to help a landlord move seamlessly from another agent and see the process through from valuation to move-in in just 19 days. We really appreciate you trusting us with your property and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Very good experience from start to finish. Aaron was really hands on and made the process simple and stress free. He was happy to help with all questions and arranged additional viewings. Would highly recommend Aaron, with that said anyone we dealt with at the Sawbridgeworth branch was very helpful which was great. 10/10.

My sale due to niche offbeat nature of my house took a long time to sell. At no stage did the agents’ effort flag. Always helpful, trying new strategies and cheerful and kind when I needed encouragement, they did the trick finding the right buyer. Thanks! Elizabeth

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. My situation was particularly challenging due to an acrimonious divorce, but Aaron from Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth—and his fantastic team—handled the sale of my home with a level of dedication, care, and commitment I didn’t think was possible in this field. When the initial sale fell through due to the buyers, they sprang into action immediately. By the weekend, I had three new offers, and within two months, the house was sold! If you live in an area where Intercounty operates, I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish.
