The team here manage my property and are, without exception, excellent. Every staff member has been efficient, polite and prompt, but special note must go to Leoni White. She has had to deal with the results of a major leak from a property above. She has worked tirelessly, liaising between all the parties involved and the contractors. I am looking to buy a house for my sister, we were shown 8 houses in a well organised tour lasting approx. 3 hours by Heidi Hutchings. Aside from 2 houses which were added to the list late on (and which had already been discounted by my sister and I) the viewed properties all met our brief. We chose two that we would be prepared to offer on but later in the day saw, and decided to offer on, a property on the market with another estate agency. This offer was accepted.
