I have just bought my first house with intercounty, and have mainly been dealing with Carol Philpott, Doug Whybrow and Heidi Hutchings, from Stansted branch, who have been amazing and helpful, checking in with me every week making sure that everything was going smoothly and to schedule. Carol has been there with step by step advice as I am a first time buyer, calling me and emailing me. Doug has also kept me updated calling me when needed. Heidi has met us to show us the house whenever needed and nothing seemed too much trouble for anybody. They are so friendly and approachable and professional and I am so glad I had them to help us buy our first home with their support and advice and guidance. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
