I'm so sorry it's taken us so long to write this review! Moving with a toddler is not for the faint hearted haha! But now that we've some what settled - I could not fault intercounty Stansted! From the very first evaluation with Peter to competition with Tom we had so much guidance and support. They were excellent especially with dealing with our buyers solicitors who were awful and extremely rude to both them and our solicitors (they were also Stansted based for anyone looking at solicitors avoid). Incredibly friendly and not at all pushy or your "typical" estate agents. They respect you and your home and guide you rather than tell you what to do. If we ever want to move back to the area in the future they will be our first port of call for sure! We have recommended them so many times already! Thank you so much guys!

Even within this challenging and difficult property selling climate, Intercounty Stansted showed incredible resilience, determination and inventiveness to obtain a string of potential buyers for my property. I was let down and delayed by selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate, naive poor decision makers involved with the sale but never by Intercounty. Carol, Peter, James, Karen and their conscientious team were always there for me, ready and willing to discuss new, inventive ways to promote and network the sale of my property and help assist with various ways of overcoming these obstacles. We recently sold our house via Intercounty Stansted. Carol, Peter, James, Lisa and Doug (from the Stortford branch) were all amazing at keeping us up to date and trying to help us get everything over the line. Solicitors on one side of the transaction were difficult to pin down and Peter/Carol had to listen to me be stressed many a time for fear of losing our buyer and also losing our then mortgage offer, which would have seriously impacted our financials given the interest uncertainty. The team here manage my property and are, without exception, excellent. Every staff member has been efficient, polite and prompt, but special note must go to Leoni White. She has had to deal with the results of a major leak from a property above. She has worked tirelessly, liaising between all the parties involved and the contractors. Knowing things are handled competently and professionally is a weight off my mind. I highly recommend Intercounty's management service.

Intercounty Stansted were the original agents we purchased our house through so it felt natural to choose them to sell it 21 years later ! I am looking to buy a house for my sister, we were shown 8 houses in a well organised tour lasting approx. 3 hours by Heidi Hutchings. Aside from 2 houses which were added to the list late on (and which had already been discounted by my sister and I) the viewed properties all met our brief. We chose two that we would be prepared to offer on but later in the day saw, and decided to offer on, a property on the market with another estate agency. This offer was accepted. The choice on offer with Intercounty was and Heidi was a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide.
