The team at John shepherd solihull have been great with our purchase. We had a lot of problems with delays from our solicitors and they all individually helped us out to contact them and help the process of the house buy as efficiently as they could. They constantly stayed in touch with us and followed up the solictor on our behalf and stayed in contact with both parties so we always knew what was going on. I rented a property with John Shepherd (Solihull) for almost 2 years. We actually had a really good experience and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Upon checking out we received our full deposit back (minus the check out fee) though we did spend 2 full days cleaning the property to make sure it was faultless!

We had a viewing with John Shepherd recently. The house wasn’t the right one for us, but the experience of dealing with the estate agents was great. Tom got back to us very quickly and managed to accommodate our limited availability. He was also really helpful on the viewing itself. His knowledge on the property was excellent, but it was his knowledge of the local area that really impressed us. Great experience, very professional.
