As a new landlord of this company, I must say I am very impressed. Aaron (the Lettings manager) was very informative from the beginning. Also very relatable, and it is clear he has a passion for customer service. Aaron has made the whole process of renting stress free. They are very co-operative. Always they entertain the request. But their response to repair something is bit late. After returning back to India. They have cleared all my security deposit. They are very transparent.

Not much for my price

I believe they are similar to other letting agencies around.

The actual staff who let to us were generally nice. But my landlord and myself found the management to be tricky and sneaky about fees. If you have a problem and need to go to the customer service team - awful. Rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Sad because they let their staffs image down and I now would never buy or rent a house again from John shepherd Solihull.

Useless company, their colleague Paula told me she would send me an application to fill in after the viewing as they were being viewed the next day by the landlord…..she never sent them and would not return my calls, would not recommend. Waste of time
