We’ve had excellent and professional service from Rickie Westwood at John Shepherd. From finding a property to being completely sorted in less than a week. Rickie was extremely responsive and helpful, answering our questions and resolving any issues. Also, the system that John Shepherd uses to check references and process the tenancy agreement is very efficient (including ability to do e signatures). The whole process was seamless. We have recently relocated from South Africa to Birmingham. In trying to secure a rental, I had called many agents and Smart Homes-John Shepherd Lettings was an agency that stood out from the rest.
