John Shepherd was recommended to me by a friend as I was a first time buyer and needed all the help I could get. I spoke to Sophie over the phone and she advised me that it would be better if i came in to do a property search with her in person. She made me feel calm, confident in her abilities and at ease with the whole experience. I was very impressed that someone so young could be so polite and professional, even when i decided later that i didn't want to go ahead. You should be proud to have someone like her in your office.
