From getting our keys to us within a short space of time as we were rushed to get a property, to ensuring an engineer came out to us the same day the boiler had packed in, to getting a plumber out the same day we told them there was a slight fault with the downstairs toilet, sending a gardener to maintain the garden and always being on hand! With the pressures of being a newly wed and finding our first home as a couple, Dipika really has helped us through this process and honestly has made it such an easy interaction for us!
