I would give minus stars if I could. This estate agent is a prime example of why the housing market and its lack of regulation is feeding into a wider crisis within the UK. I wanted to book a simple viewing and the team asked for a financial advisor to send them proof that I can afford this property before VIEWING. Ultimately, from a data & security perspective, this really is inconsequential and is more of a ploy for them to assess how they treat you. Would absolutely not recommend as a seller or buyer and please be aware of the potential ways in which they are manipulating the law.

In response, it is precisely our regulation and duty of care to both applicants and vendors that necessitates assessment of affordability and ability to proceed before viewing. Indeed, many vendors specifically request that we do so. It is not a ploy to assess how to treat customers, and to suggest that we are manipulating the law is both unfounded and extremely damaging to our reputation. Kept asking to upload same things that were uploaded 8 times. They didn't accept non UK documents. Spent almost 1 month chatting to them.

Awful company, the open banking system they have wouldn't work on my android so after providing everything from 6 month bank statements, tax return, previous tenancy agreement, landlord reference, and accountant reference, they blatantly lied to me the agent and the landlord saying that my accountant is not registered, which was a stone cold lie; I found my accountants ACCA registration number and forwarded it on saying they are lying, obviously the landlord toke homeppl's side despite all my information, and evidence proving they were lying. Disgraceful company

We were due to move into a property for rent and had signed the tenancy application, passed referencing and paid all fees but 2 weeks before our move in date we received an email from Pooja Shah advising us that the landlord had decided not to rent the property. Given how late into the process this was I would have at least expected a phone call. I would never recommend using this estate agents due to their poor service.

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property. One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. Now after 3 weeks and number of follow ups I am still waiting for Gas Safety Certificate. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it. Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.

bad estate agent to deal with, here is my experience with them: called to enquire and book a viewing for 2 properties in the same building, I was told told one of them was free to view over the weekend, I got a confirmation text, then they cancelled it shortly after because the landlord thinks 2 bedroom is too small for 2 adults and a child. they said the 2nd property was available for a viewing the following day and the current tenant was free at 17:40 on that day only, I said fine and got a viewing booked. on the day, i made a 1hr journey to slough (50miles each way), Ellen or whatever her name is calls me 30 mins before my viewing was due and whilst I was waiting for them outside, she then tells me "someone had put in an offer and the property is now off the market, ok?" when I asked her why is she letting me know this late, her response in a cold tone and without any apology was, well your viewing isn't due for another 30 mins! yh sure, you can say that if I was local, didn't have to leave work early and didn't waste petrol . Oh and she knew exactly where I was coming from because she took my current address the previous day. Plus I thought the current tenant could only do 17:40 so how did you manage to get a viewing before then? and get rid of the chewing gum while you speak to customers over the phone, it's very unprofessional.

The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
