Absolutely awful. Acting as guarantor for my son on a flat rental and it’s an absolute disaster. They provided a link to portal that was broken. The amount of information requested is insane. They try to access your account through open banking. The have my sons name wrong, the flat number wrong, The portal gives options to upload jpeg format files (easy as you can take pics of docs) but then barfs when you upload saying it needs to be pdf. Then when you think it is complete the portal just hangs. I’m sure it could be worse but I can’t think how right now

Continues to change words. They requested a document (with option A or B) but suddenly retracted their words after several emails back and forth. Not even an apology or an explanation. Terrible. Would opt for different agency if possible.

I haven't had a positive experience with this company. Slow response and lack of timely clarification, lack of information, and above all, complete disinterest in protecting the customer.

Ridiculous service. Impossible to book viewings with these people. Don’t bother to try.

Was renting a property from frost for just over a year. Spent so much money decorating it as the agency told us it is available for "Long term renting". I stayed within the contact and made sure my house was well kept. I welcomed my first born into the apartment and put so much effort into decorating it for my baby. Pooja then decided to come and do the half year inventory check and all of a sudden raised so many complaints which were all false. I debunked all her false accusations on email showing our first 2 inventory checks as evidence. She also mentioned about mould being on the wall as our fault when the old tenants and building maintenance man both already mentioned the apartments have mould issues. We had already raised concerns to the agents months before about this and we were completely ignored. Pooja didn't like that I spoke out and so she sent us an eviction letter. We called her to ask why she is evicting us and she rudely said I should want to leave the property anyway due to mould as I have a newborn (Indirectly questioning my care for my child). A few days later she sent us an emailing saying she is 'Glad' to inform us of our eviction date. This is all clearly discrimination against me and my partner. I can see there are other reviews about her. I hope frost take action and do something about her. She should not be in such a sensitive role as she clearly lacks professionalism and doesn't know how to speak. Please don't rent from this agency whilst Pooja is working there .I know other people losing their homes because of her too. Although she is just one person she's clearly putting a lot of people in detriment and I would hate for that to be you too.

Big time Sammers!!! The worst Estate agent, they took my £300 deposit that I placed for a 1 bedroom Flat in Southall, and they later told me that I need to Have £40000 to rent the place, which I dont Have, but I only have £25000 so for that reason I cant rent the flat and my £300 is non-refundable absolutely scammers, will go to court and claim my £300 back from them.
