they are terrible agents not bother3d with serious issues with prowrty. keep passing back to landlord who isn't interested. would go through them get nothing for your money!!
They’re fast to give you a quote, but for a refund for their unused service? You have to pay £60. If you have the money to pay in advance for your place, do it. Don’t find yourself a UK guarantor.
Even no deserve to get one star . This company is absolutely terrible. Their service is completely disgusting. They are deceptive about the commission, and the response time is a joke—you message them and they reply at 5 PM the next day! They keep stalling and asking for the same documents over and over again, even though we've submitted them multiple times. This is beyond frustrating
I am extremely disappointed with Referencing. Despite providing official HMRC tax documents and a certified Accountant’s letter for our joint application, they keep asking for redundant "deposit receipts" from years ago. They don't seem to understand that HMRC documents are the highest proof of income in the UK.
Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say, I wouldn’t feel confident trusting them to handle a sale or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect.
I will stay this is most bad letting agency. Stay away from these unhelpful people as they are only after their own commission, and do not provide any services to people.

I received a call from Harjivan yesterday confirming that the property was mine and that I just needed to put down the holding deposit. I explained that I was at work and could not make the payment immediately. I was reassured that this was not a problem and that I could pay the holding deposit today. When I called this morning to make the payment, I spoke with Collin. His attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. When I explained what Harjivan had told me, Collin said that this was “not his problem” and that “this is how we do things,” showing no empathy and making no attempt to resolve the situation. The overall tone was very much “that’s your problem.” This was particularly disappointing as I had expressed how excited I was about the property. The experience was let down entirely by poor communication and unprofessional customer service.
