We had a really good experience with B&K. (we bought from them). They were very responsive, quick and effective in getting the deal done initially (Mark) and then when the sale started to drag along (because of an extended chain), Kate got involved and drove the whole thing to the finish line. It was a bit of a rollercoaster but we were delighted when it all came together. Would definitely use them again...

We're delighted to be working with Chat Heroes. An online chat service is something that we don't have capacity to manage ourselves but being able to put all of the relevant information into the system for chat agents to pick up is a great idea! We've had lots more enquiries coming through since we started using the service.

Colin White has looked after my rental properties in Slough for over 10 years We have always had a good relationship and I trusted him to give me “good” advice and market intelligence I am just now selling my last rental property in the Slough area so that relationship is coming to an end

Initially we found that Frost were very difficult to get hold of and communication was poor, however since Tegan Ellis took over the role of our property management the communication has been much better. She has gone above and beyond for us and kept us in the loop with everything. Thanks ever so much for all of your hard work Tegan.

Very disappointing response from the Manager when attempting to obtain a valuation to rent out property, After another very helpful member of staff had arranged for a valuation to be done the manager decided to cancel this and look for comparables instead quoting prices from 2 years ago. Bad attitude and service sadly this is what gives estate agents a bad reputation.
