I have done business with Belvoir on numerous occasions. They have found excellent tenants for my property. I would not use anyone else...they are superb!!!! They are efficient, reliable, polite and provide a wonderful service to both myself and my new tenants. I am always happy...Keep up the good work!

I was in need of a property
I was in need of a property of a very fast and the team at Belvoir Skipton were very willing and efficient at dealing with my inquiry. Since moving into the Belvoir property the staff have been efficient with questions I have have had and are always willing to help. Importantly, the staff are approachable and welcoming both in the office and on the phone. I would willingly recommend the Belvoir Skipton team to others.

Belvoir's Skipton branch
Belvoir's Skipton branch handle the letting on our house and have, from the first, been professional, conscientious and friendly. They keep us regularly updated and have quickly dealt with any and all problems that have arisen. We are very happy with their service and shall continue to use them as our agent.

My wife and I relocated to
My wife and I relocated to the Skipton Area with our 2 young children just before Christmas 2014. On account of personal disability I had to use public transport to facilitate the move. From 1st contact onwards Belvoir proved themselves very professional, willing to listen and help in any way they could with the move from Greater Manchester. The application process was neither intimidating or confusing, and within a short space of time my wife and I realized our wish to live in a 'village' community surrounded by fantastic countryside. To this end my wife and myself have seen a great improvement in our health and well being. Belvoir have - since day one been very empathetic, and have not been intrusive or made any unnecessary requests from wife and I or our tenancy. Babs, Peter, Daniel - the whole team are people you can approach with any particular requests or problems, they instill a sense of ease and are a wonder as estate agents to be tenants of. In my opinion and I have been renting for over 10 years from the Private Market; they have by far been the best estate agents to rent property from. I would readily recommend them to anyone seeking an honest approach with few hassles. Thank You Belvoir.

I find Belvoir Skipton are really caring and un-officious. The staff are always polite, courteous and helpful. Whenever anything needs addressing they do so straight away. They have been open to suggestions, and always get back to you when they say they will.

Peter and his team have been
Peter and his team have been very helpful and offered good advice with regard to preparing the property to rent out and explaining all the legalities associated with managing a rental property. They understood the type of Tennant we were hoping to get and didn't push us into taking someone who wouldn't be right for us.

I have two rental properties
I have two rental properties in West Yorkshire, and Belvoir only manage one of them (due to location). Having a second letting agent to compare their services to really proves to me on a frequent basis how much better the service they provide is! Belvoir staff are so friendly, easily contactable and approachable, their level of communication is exceptional. If there are ever any problems with my tenants, no matter how minor, I am kept thoroughly informed throughout, without the feeling of being harrassed. I have extremely high levels in trust in them as a company, which they rightly deserve. I have never had one single problem with their services in 10+ years of them fully managing my property and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I genuinely wish they could manage my second property in Bradford, my life would be much easier if they did!

I have been a tenant for over
I have been a tenant for over 8 years now with out any issues. Had boiler break down and they had it looked at promptly with a new one fitted in days. Staff are friendly and helpful.
