My wife and I relocated to the Skipton Area with our 2 young children just before Christmas 2014. On account of personal disability I had to use public transport to facilitate the move. From 1st contact onwards Belvoir proved themselves very professional, willing to listen and help in any way they could with the move from Greater Manchester. The application process was neither intimidating or confusing, and within a short space of time my wife and I realized our wish to live in a 'village' community surrounded by fantastic countryside. To this end my wife and myself have seen a great improvement in our health and well being. Belvoir have - since day one been very empathetic, and have not been intrusive or made any unnecessary requests from wife and I or our tenancy. Babs, Peter, Daniel - the whole team are people you can approach with any particular requests or problems, they instill a sense of ease and are a wonder as estate agents to be tenants of. In my opinion and I have been renting for over 10 years from the Private Market; they have by far been the best estate agents to rent property from.
