I have rented a house in the centre of Skipton with Belvoir Skipton for 5 years and from the viewing, all the paper work, my 5 years of living in the property through to my leaving, Peter and Daniel at the Belvoir Skipton office were always superb. They are very approachable people no matter how much one knows about renting a house or how much experience one has with bills and all that comes with renting a house. Whenever I had a problem, they responded very quickly to my emails. For example, the fridge-freezer that came with the house failed to freeze and Belvoir arranged its replacement very quickly. On the other hand, I always made sure to be careful and keep the property in a good order. This was certainly appreciated upon my leaving. At the end of my tenancy, they released my bond promptly. Thank you Peter and David for being so approachable, welcoming, helpful and always there for me.

The team at Belvoir Skipton have been excellent through the whole of my renting process. They are so professional and so easy to deal with. They kept me informed on every step on the way till the move in. What I liked most about them is that blend of professionalism and friendliness, which I had not experienced before dealing with other estate agents.

Just wanted to post a top review for the Skipton franchise. They let my property recently and I have been so impressed with the service. The photos and description were brilliant, they took care of the viewings, they kept me informed, and helped me carefully select the right tenant (they gave me a choice of 3!). I was particularly impressed with the inventory they prepared. This was extremely comprehensive and must have taken ages to put together. Much better than the last agent I used who was mainly sales and just did a bit of letting "on the side". Well done Belvoir Skipton. Keep up the good work.

Belvoir Skipton made my tenancy very easy. The viewing, the process both before and after the tenancy and any work that that needed doing during my tenancy. They responded quickly to my emails and were always on the other end of the phone when I called and were really helpful.
