Me and my husband have used
Me and my husband have used Belvoir to fully manage our home we rent out for well over a year now. We've never had any problems. We always know what's going on with every aspect of our home, all members of staff are always friendly and happy to help. If we ever exchange emails we always get a prompt replies. Highly recommended.

At the beginning, we dealt
At the beginning, we dealt with Peter who couldn't have been more helpful. He advised us on which properties to buy and (very important) which to avoid; he arranged for various bits of work to be done; and he advised on a suitable rent to ask for. For the most part, since then we have dealt with Daniel and Ros, who are each just as helpful as Peter. We cannot recommend Belvoir Skipton enough.

Property is well looked after
Property is well looked after and inspections/ gas servicing carried out regularly. When I call with a problem the staff are always helpful and try their best to resolve situations.

Really quick to respond to
Really quick to respond to any issues we have. Always warm. Always friendly and approachable. And always professional. We've lived in a few let properties. With various letting agencies, and we've had some bad experiences. But in the 3 years we've lived at this property we have found no reason to complain about Belvoir.

The staff are helpful
The staff are helpful ,polite& prompt a resolving solutions to our enquires. Our inspections are always dealt with proper communication & feed back to owners ,making our time in this property a joy.

The team at Belvoir are very
The team at Belvoir are very good. They are respectful, polite and very professional. We have had very few problems with property and the minor problems we have had, the team have provided some great customer service and responded appropriately and swiftly. I would definitely recommend them!

I have just moved to skipton
I have just moved to skipton from Wales and I had great service from Belvoir lettings agent. I went on several viewings with Daniel and found him to be very professional and helpful. I could only move in on a Sunday and although it was his day off Daniel was waiting at the house to greet me with the key and had even turned the heating on for me so that the house was lovely and warm. The inventory was very thorough and although I had a couple of teething problems they were sorted out straight away with no fuss. Belvoir even informed the water board and council tax office on my behalf. Keep up the good work Daniel!!

I have rented a house in the
I have rented a house in the centre of Skipton with Belvoir Skipton for 5 years and from the viewing, all the paper work, my 5 years of living in the property through to my leaving, Peter and Daniel at the Belvoir Skipton office were always superb. They are very approachable people no matter how much one knows about renting a house or how much experience one has with bills and all that comes with renting a house. Whenever I had a problem, they responded very quickly to my emails. For example, the fridge-freezer that came with the house failed to freeze and Belvoir arranged its replacement very quickly. On the other hand, I always made sure to be careful and keep the property in a good order. This was certainly appreciated upon my leaving. At the end of my tenancy, they released my bond promptly. Thank you Peter and David for being so approachable, welcoming, helpful and always there for me.

The team at Belvoir Skipton
The team at Belvoir Skipton have been excellent through the whole of my renting process. They are so professional and so easy to deal with. They kept me informed on every step on the way till the move in. What I liked most about them is that blend of professionalism and friendliness, which I had not experienced before dealing with other estate agents.
