This is the second time I have used Belvoir in Skipton to let my house. Not only did they let the property extremely quickly once again, but I had a lot of people viewing in the first few days of it coming onto the market. The team are efficient and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable charges too, unlike other agents in the town!

I asked Belvoir to take over managing my house when we moved abroad last year. I can honestly say they have been fantastic, very professional and very responsive. I have to rely on email to communicate and this has been very easy thanks to Daniel and Rosalyn in particular. They have also arranged for the house to be cleaned, repaired and redecorated between tenants and have kept me informed at every step. The inventory is excellent. I would give them 10 out of 10 for service.

I have been renting through Belvoir for three stress free years. They are a great group of people who are always available to deal with even the slightest problems. Importantly they work equally hard for the landlord and the tenant. I have often recommended them and will happily continue to do so.
