We are currently renting from
We are currently renting from Belvoir and find all the staff really friendly and very approachable. I also had the pleasure of meeting the landlord of the property we rent. In the first inspection of our property we were told that we had really made the place nice and homely and that's what renting with Belvoir has enabled me to do, have a home and not just a rented property. I would highly reccomend them as an agent for tennents and landlords alike.

"Very good letting agents,..."
Very good letting agents, Problems sorted quickly and efficiently, and they have good tradesmen when needed, again who pop in very quickly. Dan's and Pete are good lads, on the ball and helpful. The phone is answered quickly and they get back to you fast too. Also seem to have good communications with the landlord to get things done sharpish. Very happy, would recommend Belvoir Skipton to anyone.

"very good property, all the..."
very good property, all the paper work and everything required was completed quickly and efficiently. The minor problems I have had have all been repaired soon after the problem was reported! Staff that I have spoken to have been friendly and polite! Would definitely recommend belvoir!

We have rented a property
We have rented a property through Belvoir for a bit more than 6 months now. The staff at the Skipton office are excellent. If we have an issue they do their best to solve it quickly. Particular thanks go to Christian and Daniel.

I have been using the
I have been using the services of Belvoir as agents for the letting of my property for many years and can say without reserve that their service and attention to detail have been excellent. The vetting of prospective tenants and the supervision of tenants and the property has been first rate and all communications concerning the property or the tenants has been prompt and accurate. In many ways Belvoir make a landlord feel that he is their sole concern. I have no hesitation in recomending their services to anyone in the Skipton area.
