I had so many problems with the chain that I was in, but the staff in Quealys remained, calm and professional, when they said that they would phone me, they did, say that they would email, they did. Quealy and co weren't our estate agents they were for the house we were buying but Were very helpful, especially Rob who kept us up to date with all that was happening and passing on all my daft questions to the vendors. Definitely recommend
