Contacted quealy and co to ask for a viewing on a rental on the Tues and booked it for 3pm on Fri, Fri morning I received a text reminder of viewing, then half way through the day they called me to change my appointment from 3pm to 4.30pm as there's a change in the diary. We agreed to go at 4.30 and again we received text messages reminding our time of viewing, the message was wrong as it still stated 3pm when called the agent said it was a error then a hour after I got another text reminding me of the 4.30 viewing. After all that we went to view the property and arrived at 4.30 to be told to wait as someone else had turned up at the same time, we didn't wait, as I found this unprofessional and clearly this company has not got a clue how to book viewings.
