John King, Mortgage Advisor for Quealy, has been brilliant in helping with my remortgage. John initially helped me 5 years ago in securing a mortgage during his time at Mortgage Matters. I tried to search for John to help with my remortgage, but was advised he no longer worked for them, and I wasn't provided with any details as to where he'd moved to, or if he still worked in the industry. We went to Quealy after two different different appointments with other mortgage brokers, which had a fee of over £500. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the Quealy offer this service for free! We had contacted John, who has been fantastic from the start and always been quick to respond to any queries.
