I can not recommend this estate agents enough, they are truly a hidden gem in an uncaring incompetent industry. Danielle Goldsmith and Lucy Byng have supported us, been an outlet of frustration, work around our working lives, always contactable and reply within the hour. From our first meeting with Danielle Goldsmith, who sold our property twice in less than a week! Was always a text message away, was contactable after hours and weekends. To Lucy Byng who supported us tirelessly through the whole selling to completion process step by step. They both went beyond any eastate agents out there and would like to say an enormous thank you from us both.

I would highly recommend John Payne in Eltham. Pernilla has been extremely helpful and professional during the process of letting out my property nearby. She has been very responsive right from the start, answering all my questions, and as a first time landlord there were many! And she found me a great tenant. Great service all round.

Angela was absolutely fabulous at our viewings today. She allowed us time and space to look around by ourselves, but was there to answer questions when needed. Out of all the agents we’ve seen, she was the best one. Thank you Angela

A company is represented by its people and Jacqueline Bissett at John Payne Eltham truly represents that at the highest level. She knows and understand the properties she is selling, takes time to explain every detail, listens patiently to her clients needs which can be atypical and has great enthusiasm overall. One may expect this to be standard but reality is a bit different with estate agents these days but Jacqueline was a welcome change to that. You are in good hands at John Payne Eltham, certainly with Jacqui.
