Quealy and Co

We have exchanged contracts today and very happy we chose Quealys as our estate agent. Danielle was great and from our first meeting knew we wanted her to sell our house, friendly, knowledgable and genuine. She was easily contactable throughout the process for any queries with quick responses. Dani, our sale progressor was amazing and really made the sale and purchase run smoothly with regular updates on the chain. We hardly had to push our solicitors or chase for information as Dani got there before us. Would highly recommend, and would use again (although we don’t plan on moving again for a long time!) Danielle Goldsmith was the best agent I have ever used in an estate agent. She was professional right the way to the end. Always kept me upto date with everything. She made me feel like a member of family. I have used a few estate agent in my time. That were not worth a penny .Alway regret paying estate agent. But Daniella has certainly made me feel it was worth every penny having her sell my property. Would always use Danielle again . Would definitely recommend Danielle as an estate agents.

Grace was professional from the moment we met at the viewing, answering our questions without hesitation honestly and truthfully. She explained the process of taking the next steps and contacted us by email to follow up on our application. Quealys have been absolutely outstanding in the sale of my property! My property was somewhat of a challenge as it had been ruined by tenants, Michael came up with an amazing selling strategy which got me more money back then I could have hoped for. The team have also been amazing in helping me sort out issues that arised with the property such as maintenance issues that needed fixing. Danielle was amazing at keeping me updated with how the sale was coming along too. I can not recommend this firm strongly enough!
