John King, Mortgage Advisor for Quealy, has been brilliant in helping with my remortgage. John initially helped me 5 years ago in securing a mortgage during his time at Mortgage Matters. I tried to search for John to help with my remortgage, but was advised he no longer worked for them, and I wasn't provided with any details as to where he'd moved to, or if he still worked in the industry. Luckily I was browsing local Estate Agents to check for brokers, and found John was now at Quealy (Quealy dont charge fees for advice, or setting up a mortgage). Once I'd contacted Quealy's, John offered initial advice, and helped me choose who to remortgage with. John kept in contact with me throughout the process, offering support and guidance. I'd 100% recommend John to anyone looking for a mortgage, to remortgage or just for advice.

Quealy and Co have really made the move in process so smooth for us. We predominantly were in contact with Jack and Cicely and they were both so friendly and prompt with all responses getting back to us by the next day and sometimes even the same day. We went to Quealy after two different different appointments with other mortgage brokers, which had a fee of over £500. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the Quealy offer this service for free! We had contacted John, who has been fantastic from the start and always been quick to respond to any queries. When showing us around properties he answered all our questions and was very proactive with any queries we had, getting back to us quickly with the answers we wanted. He also sent us properties that matched the description we had given, which doesn’t always happen! Genuinely made a huge difference to such a daunting process. Tom and Hayley have been great in dealing with my mortgage, they are both very easy to chat to, and great to deal with getting my mortgage sorted.
