Grace was professional from the moment we met at the viewing, answering our questions without hesitation honestly and truthfully. She explained the process of taking the next steps and contacted us by email to follow up on our application. We had lots of questions regarding various matters which Grace delt with in a professional manner with precise straight forward answers making the whole process less stressful.
