Really good estate agents. Viewed a house twice, different estate agent each time and they were lovely and really helpful. Going through exchange was stressful due to Solicitor's not answering etc but as soon as we communicated this to a woman called Lucy, she chased everyone for two days just so we could exchange as quick as possible!
