From start to finish Liz, Amber and their colleagues at Harrisons went above and beyond to find my buyer, negotiate with agents on my behalf to secure my purchase, and moved everything along in order to complete before the stamp duty threshold. Constant communication between Liz and all parties/solicitors and agents meant that the sale progressed speedily and every delay and hiccup was soon remedied. The care and attention to detail meant I was able to sell my family home despite recovering from illness and initially feeling unenthusiatic, but knowing it needed to be done. Chris and all the team at Harrison’s kept me informed all throughout the selling process - undertaking all viewings on my behalf. We used the “Reservation Agreement” which did give peace of mind at the stressful time of selling a house. Should I ever buy or sell again I would definitely return to Harrisons.
