I have tried to write this review a few times now, and I can never get the right words to describe Harrisons Homes. Chris and his team have gone above and beyond with us during our move – we’ve had more setbacks than you can count (through no fault of Harrisons) and the team have been with us every step of the way. In a world where more a more ‘personal’ estate agents are popping up, promising better service, I’d like to say this – you will have a better, more personal service with Chris and his team. I would like to say that you should 100% buy in to the Reservation Agreement, as it has protected us from huge losses – it may seem like an additional cost, but it is there to protect you – and ensures that you are protected from losses if your buyer pulls out. I was pretty sceptical at first, but I would not go without one in future! We would also like to thank Amber and Viv for all of the work they have done to help us get this through. My wife and I have had a really tough year, and the team have been there to support us through it, something which we will never forget.

Harrisons homes have been amazing throughout our purchase, the reservation agreement was a god send for us! Friendly staff, everyone we came in contact with. Amber for keeping contact throughout, she is a huge asset to the company! And Chris for handing over the keys (if you don't follow their Facebook page, give them a follow as Chris does a lot of videos for useful tips and information regarding buying and selling etc)

The team were professional and dealt with enquires in a timely manner.

This is the first time either my brother or I have sold a house so to be selling our childhood home after the loss of our Mum was stressful and emotional. From the first moment showing Liz and Chris around it was clear they totally understood that and understood the property. They found us a superb family for the house who are intending to live there long term as we did which was very important to us. The whole process was incredibly efficient and we went from the advert appearing to completion in under 7 months. We got the price we wanted, the family that suited the place and all viewings and communications were handled professionally and efficiently.

My wife Natasha and I have had the experience of moving home 4 times so far in our lives. Without a doubt, Liz has been the most supportive, contactable, understanding and supportive agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the entire process, which wasn't without it's bumps in the road, we have always been grateful that Liz is who we've been in contact with. The service has been excellent and my wife and I were very grateful to all parties involved, but especially to Liz.
