The whole process from start to finish was dealt with professionally, friendly and with care. Chris and his team have gone above and beyond with us during our move – we’ve had more setbacks than you can count (through no fault of Harrisons) and the team have been with us every step of the way. In a world where more a more ‘personal’ estate agents are popping up, promising better service, I’d like to say this – you will have a better, more personal service with Chris and his team. I would like to say that you should 100% buy in to the Reservation Agreement, as it has protected us from huge losses – it may seem like an additional cost, but it is there to protect you – and ensures that you are protected from losses if your buyer pulls out. I was pretty sceptical at first, but I would not go without one in future! We would also like to thank Amber and Viv for all of the work they have done to help us get this through. My wife and I have had a really tough year, and the team have been there to support us through it, something which we will never forget.

I chose Harrisons Sittingbourne from previous reviews rather than personal recommendation, and in the reviews they came across as bright, young, enthusiastic, friendly, efficient, and easy to deal with. I am delighted to say that that has been our experience of them all the way through. The market rose and fell during this time, and there were many buyers who appeared and dropped out, and Chris, Ryan, Holly, and Amber advised us through the ups and downs and kept our spirits up in their different ways without us really noticing.

I cant speak highy enough of Harrisons. They really are a fantastic estate agents as I have just experienced. Great pictures of the property, great promotion too, lots of communcation from the agent which was great and lots of viewings. The only agent to use a Reservation agreement to lock in the seller and buyer to prevent the sale from collapsing. This is revolutionary as all agents in the future will be doing this.
