From start to finish Liz, Amber and their colleagues at Harrisons went above and beyond to find my buyer, negotiate with agents on my behalf to secure my purchase, and moved everything along in order to complete before the stamp duty threshold. Constant communication between Liz and all parties/solicitors and agents meant that the sale progressed speedily and every delay and hiccup was soon remedied. The care and attention to detail meant I was able to sell my family home despite recovering from illness and initially feeling unenthusiatic, but knowing it needed to be done. We sold our house through Harrisons, Sittingbourne and I would definitely recommend Harrisons if you were thinking of selling your house or buying another. We were kept updated of the progress every step of the way and Chris was regularly in contact with the estate agents we were buying from and both sets of solicitors to ensure the exchange went through, this took the pressure away from us during a time that was very stressful.
