From start to finish Liz, Amber and their colleagues at Harrisons went above and beyond to find my buyer, negotiate with agents on my behalf to secure my purchase, and moved everything along in order to complete before the stamp duty threshold. Constant communication between Liz and all parties/solicitors and agents meant that the sale progressed speedily and every delay and hiccup was soon remedied. Needing a valuation and appraisal of our property, we decided to call in Harrisons of Sittingbourne. Harrisons is an independent Estate Agent with an extensive knowledge of the local property market. The appraisal was free and conducted by the owner Christopher Ellis.
