We had a very difficult sales process (from our buyers) but Harrison’s kept us up to date in every step of the process. Constantly chasing solicitors. That were brilliant every step of the way. We started working with Ben at Harrison’s back in September 2025. Out of all the agents we had met he was the most personable and genuinely caring to put our intentions of selling our home at the forefront in delivering against the sale of our property. We actually started our sales journey with another agent and in the 12 weeks we were with them we had only 1 viewing. And within the first week of working with Ben and the team we had 6 viewings booked in within the space of 2 weeks. So delivered on what he promised. I could not speak more highly about Ben and the team, their communication was brilliant 🤩 they regularly called me on a Monday as promised with an update on viewings and just to even ask how me, my wife and son was. In addition to Ben we had several occasions where we liaised with Liz and the experience was no different. Genuinely lovely people to deal with. Our house sale has gone through… in the final stages and we are about to take up our next home. There is no doubt we will be using Ben and the Harrison’s team when we look to move again.
