I wasn't a direct client of Harrisons but they were almost entirely responsible for preventing the chain I was in from collapsing. When the chain ran into serious complications and my own estate agent lacked the motivation to address them I began talking to Harrisons, and in particular Ryan, instead. He did an amazing job in not only quickly sorting out the issues that had been holding things up but in negotiating with the whole chain to agree a completion date that everyone was happy with when that had also proved to be a potential deal breaker. He was helpful, patient, honest and made a huge effort which got us in our new home in time for Christmas, something that would not have happened with an online agent. Highly recommended.

Olivia the sales progressor has excellent customer service and dealt with a number of problems and was always on the end of the phone making time for us.
